Summary:

NCD is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who can make a significant impact on our company with content-driven strategies, marketing growth hacks and clever strategies. This position is ideal for someone who is data-driven, possesses a comprehensive range of marketing skills, and is looking for a significant step forward in their career.

This person will serve as the primary point of contact for grasping our agents and customer needs and psychological drivers, leveraging innovative technologies for growth, and utilizing analytics and Martech tools to enhance our marketing intelligence. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in effectively communicating our company’s brand and product offerings. 

The focus will be on content marketing, encompassing the development of our brand identity, executing direct marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, guerilla marketing, rapid response execution and understanding our product marketing.

We need a proactive individual ready to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, deeply understand our products and target consumers, and create recommendations to drive business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Develop our branding and positioning in the ancillary health space with both agents and end consumers. Iterate our design and branding guides as we develop a cleaner and clearer brand and voice.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends in dental and vision insurance and adjust marketing strategies to meet the needs of agents, brokers, and consumers.
  • Work on refining our product marketing to enable our customers and agents to understand our new and existing product lines better.
  • Work with our business development team to develop content and content marketing strategies for our members, agents, and market leaders to drive engagement and growth.
  • Maintain our digital media presence, including our website, social media accounts, and other third-party properties (Google, BBB).
  • Work with cross-functional departments to develop materials for new growth or existing partner and customer expansion.
  • Establish and drive marketing technology roadmaps that align with current and future business needs that focus on the competitive advantages and consumer insights that are required to win business.
  • Build and maintain agent, partner, and customer personas and marketing materials based on 1st party and 3rd party data.
  • Customer Marketing and Sales Support through presentation development and analysis.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

  •  4+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • A proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns tied to specific and measurable results.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of the current and emerging marketing technology landscape and experience formulating solutions with a customer-focused attitude to meet business needs and drive growth.
  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel.
  • Hands-on marketer with a strong attention to detail.
  • Insurance experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Content and content marketing experience.
  • Performance marketing skills (Facebook, Google Ads, or other pertinent certifications are a plus).
  • Product marketing experience in highly regulated domains like finance and healthcare.
