Summary:
NCD is seeking a data-driven Operations Associate who will be responsible for supporting the operations department with the management of the day-to-day business to ensure smooth daily operations. This person will be an integral member of our dynamic and growing team with a focus on CRM maintenance and data integrity.
To be successful in this role, you need to have an intermediate Excel knowledge base. Some of the Excel skills required are managing data and information, creating visual representation of data, filtering information, managing pivot tables, and using basic and intermediate formulas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance checks on enrollment data to identify and resolve discrepancies in coverage start/end dates, plan selection, demographic data, etc.
- Track and report on file processing metrics, error rates, and resolution timelines.
- Clear errors generated from file feeds each day.
- Identify ways to improve current data processes.
- Coordinate programming updates needed from CRM vendor.
- Help document and streamline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College degree is preferred, but not required
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Experience working with CRM technologies
- System Administration experience a plus
- Data management
- Detail oriented
- Great communication skills
- Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills
